An EPP code (Extensible Provisioning Protocol code) is a security token required to transfer a domain name from one registrar to another. It protects against unauthorized domain transfers and proves you’re the legitimate owner of the domain.

Below are the processes on how to find your authorization code (EPP code) in your StormerHost client area.

1. Log in to your StormerHost client area.
2. Select Domain at the left menu bar and select My Domains.

   

    

3. Select the domain you want to transfer and click on Manage.

   

    

4. Look for an option like Get EPP Code

1. Copy the code, provide the code to your new registrar when requested.

   

    

NB: Before providing this code, you must make sure your Registrar Lock is disabled.

To do this ;

1. Log in to your StormerHost client area.
2. Select Domain at the left menu bar and select My Domains.
3. Select the domain you want to transfer and click on Manage.
4. Look for an option like Registrar Lock

5. Click on “Disable Registrar Lock.”
