Simply follow this link https://stormerhost.com/clients/submitticket.php and login or follow guide below:
1. Login to Clients-Area.
2. Click on Open New Ticket.
3. Select the appropriate department for support
4. Fill form (subject, message etc.) on the next page and click Submit.
