StormerHost allows customers to cancel hosting services under specific conditions. This guide outlines how to properly place a cancellation request and what to expect based on the company’s policy.
StormerHost Cancellation Policy
Please note the following before proceeding:
- Only hosting services (not domains) are eligible for cancellation.
- No cancellations or refunds are accepted after the 15-day window.
- You must back up your website and email data before submitting the request.
Step-by-Step: How to Place a Cancellation Request
- Log into the StormerHost Client Area
Visit https://www.stormerhost.com/clients. Enter your login credentials. - Go to “My Services.”

3. From the service section, locate the service you want to cancel and click on Manage.

4. From the manage section, scroll down and locate Cancel Request on the right sidebar; click on it.

5. Fill Out the Cancellation Form and then click on Request Cancellation.
Reason for Cancellation: Briefly explain why you’re cancelling.

Important Notes
If your hosting service was purchased more than 15 days ago, your cancellation request will be declined.
No refunds are processed for cancellations made after the 15-day period.
This policy does not apply to domain registrations
