1. WHEN PLACING A NEW ORDER

a. AUTOMATIC ORDER PROCESSING

Choose Mobile money/Credit card(Auto) as your preferred payment method on the final checkout page.

• If you choose Mobile money/Credit card(Auto) as your preferred method of payment, you will be redirected to to a payment page which shows a pop up for your details.
• Select Mobile Money, enter your mobile money number and click Confirm. A prompt will be sent to your phone to accept payment after you click confirm.
• Follow the directions to complete your payment. Your invoice will be mark paid automatically and service will be activated after a successful payment.

You can make payment with all mobile money networks in Ghana. This payment option is processed by Paystack.

b. SEND OPTION (MANUAL ORDER PROCESSING)

This option is recommended when the first option(auto) is not working. Choose Mobile money(Send) as your preferred payment method on the final checkout page.

• If you choose Mobile money(Send) as your preferred method of payment, you will be redirected to your invoice.
• Click on Pay Now button. Payment instructions and account details will be provided.

2. WHEN PAYING FOR AN INVOICE IN YOUR ACCOUNT

• Click on invoices after logging in to your account
• Click View Invoice for the invoice you want to pay.
• Click on Pay Now
• Select Mobile money(Send) from drop down if not already selected and click Pay Now. A pop up will appear with payment instructions and account details. You can send payment directly to the mobile money number provided.
